Lawyer. Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from the Law School of the University of Chile (2018), where he graduated with highest distinction, and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University (2021), where he was recognized for his superior academic achievements with the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar Award.
His professional practice focuses on civil, contentious, commercial, and criminal litigation.
He started his professional career as an attorney in the litigation area of the firm Parraguez & Marín (2018-2020), joining López Escobar del Río Leiva’s team in 2021.
In the educational area, between 2015 and 2020 he was a teacher’s assistant at the University of Chile in different courses of Criminal Law, Introduction to Law, Constitutional Law and State Responsibility.
Some of his acknowledgements include having received the prize for the best undergraduate thesis in Criminal Law, granted by the University of Chile (2018) and having been awarded with the scholarship “The Lawrence A. Wien Corporate Responsibility Fellowship” to study an LL.M. at Columbia University (2020).
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
