FERNANDA ARIAS BARRERA

Lawyer. Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile (2022), where she graduated with distinction. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Criminal Law at the same institution.

 

She began her professional career as a lawyer in the criminal litigation department at Bofill, Escobar, Silva (2022-2023). She then worked as an advisor at the Undersecretary of Interior (2023), becoming part of the López Escobar del Río team in 2023.

 

In the academic field, between 2015 and 2022 she served as a teaching assistant at the University of Chile in different courses, including Philosophy, Clinical Education, Administrative Law and Criminal Law, a work that she continues in the subjects of Criminal Procedural Law and Oral Litigation.

Additionaly, she was a teacher’s assistant at Adolfo Ibañez University between 2021 and 2023, colaborating with courses of Criminal Law and Forensic Skills.
